As stated in the DCC&Rs, every unit owner is required to pay monthly assessment fees. The assessment fee is due by the 1st of each month.  The current monthly fee is $252.42 (from Oct 2023 - Sept 2024).

 

Payment for your assessment fee should be mailed to the lockbox address.  Checks should be made payment to Greenbrook Tanglewood Homeowners Association, Inc and mailed to:

 

 

Payment should not be mailed directly to the on-site office or to Vista Property Management, Inc.  For proper credit, it is important that you write your account number on the check or money order and include the appropriate payment coupon.

 

You can also arrange to have your assessment fee directly withdrawn from your checking account or you can pay via automatic payment through your bank. Association fees that are not paid on or by the 1st of the month are considered past due.  The Association Board of Directors has adopted a collection policy that can be viewed by clicking the link below.  If at anytime you cannot pay your association fee, you may request a payment plan from the Board.  The rules regarding payment plans are summarized in the collection policy.
